Managed repos (30d) counts distinct repositories with at least one analysis run in a rolling 30-day window. Queuing a run on a repo already in that set does not consume an extra slot. The repo picker lists repositories from your GitHub App install; the cap applies when you start a run on a new repository. Daily runs use a rolling 24-hour window. Older runs drop out of list and detail APIs after the run-history window.
